Bah Ekam Richard

I am Bah Ekam Richard Edric Miessan. And my artist name is The Sun. I am a writer, poet, director and photographer. I am 28 years old. I started photography in 2017 and in 2020 I decided to specialize in artistic nude photography because I had found in it, the right tool that allowed me to explore themes that are particularly close to my heart such as: gender inequality or themes such as soul, truth, freedom, love, self love. I am passionate about art, I live only for art, so much so that in 2018, I stopped university when I was in psychology college to devote myself to photography and writing. Then in 2019, I started working as a photography fellow at Voodoo communication. I stayed there for two years, before going to work at life tv for 3 months, and then quit because I had reached a point where I needed to make a living from my art.
